Is the mounting hardware and instructions included ?

Mounting hardware is, but no instructions. The top hole is tapped for the bolts. The bottom hole is hex shaped. The nut inserts are inserted from the engine side. Place the deflector on and just tighten the bolts. You'll have to cut and pull out the spark plug wire holders to get the deflectors to line up to the holes. The deflectors have a little clip manufactured on them to hold the wires, but I had to zip-tie the right side wire.

Will it fit 2021 Road King?

I’ve removed my mid deflectors . They work good with feet on the floorboards , but if you use highway pegs , the heat is redirected on your legs . Unless you mostly ride locally with feet on floorboards , I would not install this product .

Hi, i was wondering if this item will fit a 2009 harley flstc?

I believe that they have these for different years and models. Put in your bike details they should find the correct one. The deflectors are inexpensive and look & work just as good as the Harley brand. I do recommend. Good luck in your search! Came in great packaging, on time and serve the purpose.

They look and fit great

These are nice heat deflectors. They came with all the hardware you may need to install and they have a great chrome finish only negative is I don’t think they are as thick and strong as the original black ones that came on my 2015 Harley ultra classic but they definitely look much nicer. They even have the little clip on the left one to hold the rear spark plug wire in place like the original. I definitely recommend that’s to anyone wanting to upgrade their chrome.
