Legends Series Avengers 15-cm-Scale Marvel’s Tigra Figure, for Children Aged 4 and Up

Great figure i have been waiting for a action figure of one of my favorite Marvel characters. Great package design

For being a relatively obscure character amongst comic fans these days, I’m glad Tigra is getting some much needed attention. Despite her being clad in a bikini that leaves little to the imagination, Tigra’s proportions are surprisingly not too pronounced or sexualized. The sculptors took poseability as a priority over aesthetics which is nice. Many female figures seem to just be fan service-y eye candy meant for grown men to oggle at. Chauvinism aside, Tigra comes with two sets of hands. Two balled up fists and two “claws-out” hands. The clawed pair are generally good for posing her in pre/mid-pouncing positions seeing as her fingers allow for decent support. For a 5 inch figure, she’s surprisingly durable. Most Marvel Legends these days round up to 6 inches (1/12th scale) and even they crumble on occasion. But not our gal Tigra, oh no! She’s as sturdy as a redwood tree. Despite her short stature, I’d recommend this Hasbro-issued Tigra to any collector who needs some feline jungle fury to spice up their collection. Meow! 🐱

The cardbacks to these retro-Marvel Legends are really nice. Compare it to say the Walmart retro cards, the G.I. Joe classified cardbacks are flimsy and mailed in plastic bubble taped envelopes, being the scourge and bane of collectors who want to hang pristine versions on their walls/pegs. This cardback is thicker material, more durable, and has some nice comic art of Tigress on it. Strange that they both come from Hasbro. The figure itself can do some great poses and comes with fists and a more wild head. A nice edition to any Avengers roster. And the store that mailed mine sent it in a box, which I always appreciate, and packing material so it doesn't rattle around.

Langsam, über die Jahre hat Hasbro die Marvel Legends Line's fast perfektioniert. Was die Möglichkeiten des posens der Figuren in der Vitrine angeht einfach gute Arbeit. Die Austausch Teile wie Hände & Köpfe oder den Effekt Teilen, wie Blast Beams ect. läßt die Figuren als perfekte Deko Artikel in Gruppierungen in der Vitrine einfach "Comic oder Film Mäßig" lebendig wirken.
