Kaufmann's 3 x 75 ml Care Cream Skin and Children Cream/Germany#

Love love love this cream. We use it on our babies back home in Germany but I use it for everything! Mainly for chapped lips daily. During times when my hands get extra dry to the point of bleeding cuticles from high frequency sanitizing I put on a generous amount and wear cloves overnight and my hands come out fully repaired in the morning.

I actually tried this from my mother in law would beings them from Frankfurt, Germany and I fell in love with the smoothness and just how gentle it’s on my little baby who is now 19 months but we still use daily!! He's only had 3 butt rashes since being born. Truly a hidden gem this is!
