Good sushi seaweed wrap
I make sushi so I use this item and it always works. I guess you can say it fresh. The size is right for full sheet and it rolls up nicely. It always taste good twice roasted is good and the price is good also. So I always get this brand and it never lets me down.

Concerned about the strong fish taste.
These taste like oily cheek meat from a Mullet. I happened to like that but I am concerned that it will over power the taste of the Sushi. The rice vinegar may change that but I won't know until I try. As far as a little as a snack is okay. As a fisherman this also will be a good add on to bait./ After trying, it completed the Sushi well and didn't over power it.

The sheets were very easy to work with while rolling sushi. They have a nice texture and hold together well without tearing apart, though not as crisp as restaurant. Overall, a solid choice!!
