Received as a gift from someone who had these pans. Very nice set!

Best investment ever. I totally love this set. They are light weight, easy to clean weather hand washed or dishwasher. Totally love these pots and pans... The only thing I would change is the bottom of them as they are sharp and will scratch the glass cooktop stove!!!! Satisfied with the price and shipping time.

I had a set of Emeril cookware for many years which I loved. Eventually some of the cookware had lost its coating so I looked for another Emeril set and found this one. It's different than my original set, different bottom and heavier non stick coating. I still have a couple of my original pots which were used less frequently and these new ones look much "heavier". They are super non stick and although I wash them they could almost just be wiped out. The bottom thing seems to provide very even heating. My husband was also impressed when he fried some eggs and they just slipped right out of the pan. My old set lasted a good 15 years so hopefully these will last as long.

Set is very good. Bought Oct '22. Yesterday, the 11 in tempered lid cracked. It broke like tempered glass should & did not get into the food. I called selller & was told they don't have any replacements in stock & had no idea when a new lid might come in. I did nothing wrong placing metal to metal room temperature lid onto the hot pot. Broke in less than one minute. Warranty on lids is less than one year. They don't sell lids separately.

So I'm normally suspicious of celebrity endorsed products because they usually don't live up to the hype. I was pleasantly surprised this time. First thing I noticed was the weight. While not the heaviest cookware set I've owned, it isn't a lightweight either. The pans have a good weight to them and feel sturdy. They are a a bit thicker and heavier than the set I'm replacing after 10 years. I followed the directions included to season them then used the skillet to cook some eggs the next morning. The eggs slid right out without issue and clean up really was as simple as wiping it out with a paper towel. They do stack neatly in n the cabinet making storage easier. They still take up a lot of space just not the jumbled mess like before. The bonus materials were nice but I felt more like cheap fillers. The mesh basket doesn't go all the way into the stock pot so how useful it is for deep frying I'm not sure. The grill plate is ok but if I'm concerned about grill marks on whatever I'm cooking I'd probably forgot the stove top and opt for the grill. The knife included seems like it's good quality, not a cheap flimsy piece of stamped out sheet metal. A guard for the knife should have been included. As is I have a nice knife but nothing to protect the edge when not in use. Instead of these fluff pieces another, slightly larger sauce pan a 2.5 qt perhaps to go along with the 1.5 qt. Right now I only have 1 small sauce pot. Also a smaller skillet to compliment the larger skillets in the set.Over all I'm pleased with the quality of the set. From my research I believe Emeril's cookware is rebranded All Clad which is high quality itself. I plan on purchasing the "missing" pans which is probably their plan all along. I recommend these pans for anyone looking for high quality cookware at a price that won't break the bank.

I bought some stainless sauce pans last year but still needed new non-stick frying pans and a dutch oven. This set checked off most of the boxes I was looking for in non-stick cookware: durability, easy to clean, a variety of pan types, induction ready, oven safe, and lids with steam vents. Not sure what I'm going to do with the crisper basket yet, but I'll try it out at some point. The added knife is a nice touch, but not really needed in my case. I looked at many options; the Forever Pan set seemed optimal for my needs. I can do without Emeril's name stamped and printed everywhere, but that's a very minor issue. The non-stick works fine and is a breeze to clean with a bit of soap and a quick wipe. Overall I am pleased so far with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Obviously I like the looks and it is heavy. Almost as heavy as an iron skillet. Cooked a roast the other night in the in the oven and it turned very nice.
