ILM Bluetooth Motorcycle Helmet Modular Flip up Full Face Dual Visor 6 Riders Group Intercom Mp3 FM Radio DOT Model 902BT PRO(Red,Medium)

- Helmet feels mostly of good quality.- Sound from speakers is good.- Have gotten mixed reviews from opposite end of calls as to the quality of the microphone.- Battery life seems fair as I only usually ride to/ from work (about 20 minutes one way listening to music) can go a couple weeks without charging.- Good air flow while riding.- Removable chin guard is annoying. Doesn't stay in very well and I will constantly (before every ride) have to try and pop it back into place.

Multiple local dealers, apparently thinking I can't search the internet, insisted an integrated Bluetooth helmet didn't exist. That I had to buy a BT compatible helmet, then separate communicator, all to the tune of about $500 (or more). This helmet is replacing an older full face helmet. I love that this is a modular unit, unlike the old one. I sometimes wear glasses, instead of contacts. With the old helmet I always had to take glasses off, helmet on / off, glasses back on, and that was a PITA. This helmet I don't have to do that with, once I learned to flip the entire front up, stretch the sides out a tiny bit, and slide the helmet back more than up. It's very comfy, and size runs true. Quality seems very good, and I expect this to hold up for many years to come. I didn't give an overall 5 star review because it is a very noisy helmet. You hear a lot of wind noise, and it seems even louder with the visor all the way closed. Doesn't matter what position the vents are in. The speakers, however, are so good, that the wind noise isn't a problem. I can clearly hear the music without having to have the volume maxed out. GPS directions come through well, also. Haven't received calls while wearing it yet, but I don't anticipate any problem. If I didn't want to hear the wind, I'd drive my car, right?

The overall quality is decent. The chin pad is useless for me. I constantly have to reinstall it as it’s barely held in place by plastic nubs. When the pad is off air will come into you chin space. I contacted ILM and they graciously sent out another chin pad but that doesn’t resolve the issue. After we use these helmets ( I purchased one for my wife also in white, it has same issue) I will update my review.

I wanted to make sure I got some good use out of the helmet before I wrote my review..... I bought this mainly because I was doing very cold weather riding and my skull cap just wasnt cutting it. For weather protection (keep the cold off your face) this does a great job. I rode in 28 degrees temps (thats standing still) and didnt feel like my face was falling off, if you ride you know. I love the full face lift up because I wear glasses and it makes it so much better to get on and off. The flip up is easy to control and is smooth. The sun visor is a little awkward while you are riding though. Bluetooth was easy to set up and easy to use. Sound quality is a little underwhelming but, for what you are paying, it does the job. BUT, when you are riding it is a little difficult to hear and be heard through the phone. All-in-all, I definitely recommend if you need a full face helmet and dont want to break the bank.

Comfortable and blue tooth works good

This is my first Bluetooth helmet so I don't have much experience to compare with but so far I can hear my music while riding at 100mph. I took a phone call today at 75mph the only thing I haven't done is the multi rider comms being I'm the only person I ride with and don't think it's compatible with other modles with I think is bunk af. This is 2023 make that shit compatible already

Absolutely comfortable, good loud sound. Only negative thing I'd around 60 it gets hard for ppl to hear me on the phone bc it modular and the mic is in the cheek pad... I got my bike down around 35 40 hit my head square on the guardrail barely felt it...it'll take a hit

The helmet is a good fit and the quick strap is a nice feature. Speakers are loud and can be heard well over the road and wind noise. Syncing up with another helmet of the same type is also pretty simple. Phone calls can be a little hard to hear when going above 65 but people on the other end said they can hear me fine, just a little bit of background noise.
