ESEE Knives Rite-in-the-Rain Survival/Navigation Notebook

What I ordered was the pictured and described top spiral tan 3x5 notebook with navigation cards. What arrived was the tiny yellow scratch pad with thin navigation cards screwed to the pad. I’m sure this would warrant 5 stars if it was the correct note pad. At least I can unscrew the cards and put them in a sleeve.

Have used Rite in the rain products for years. If you live in the outdoors you will need one sooner or later. The Survival/Navigation templates are a bonus.

I have used Rite-in-the-rain products a lot in the military. When I saw this I snatched one up to check it out. Love everything about it. I really wish I had something like this before I retired but it will have a great place in my bug out bag. Definitely recommend for any survival kit or bag.

this a great item , the book is the right size to fit in a cargo/hip pocket and the navigation pages are a huge bonus.well worth the money

This is a great alternative to their other card set. If you do not know land nav, I suggest you learn. This is an invaluable tool for an invaluable skill.

I like the Esee write in the rain note pad better then the other ones out there. It has a lot of info on the back pages to help a person if the are lost.

I used this to replace the rite in the rain notecards in my basic mapmaking kit in my survival kit and have used it many, many times. The added cards are awesome for azimuth, orienteering, and much more.

This works as described. I thought it was a bit expensive but after receiving it I can see that it's durability is worth the extra cost.
