I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was to use. I've cleared my phone and can access my files anytime I want. Saved some money by not buying more space on the cloud with this.

Please don't think because it took me a while to review this product thatI didn't care but I have so many pictures and I wanted to organize by folders so that I could access them conveniently. That's what this hard drive did for me. It's very easy to use and I am greatful to have it and glad I bought it. I highly recommend this it will make you feel more organized.

I mainly purchased the product to transfer photos and videos from my iPhone to my laptop. I found that it does get the job done, but has a few quirks. Product support people were responsive and helpful. IMPORTANT NOTES: • All pictures will transfer to the thumb drive and then onto your computer, however items which are visible in your photo library that are “Shared” from some source will not appear in the EasyFlash Pro photo list until you go into the cell phone library and select “Save shared photo/video to library”. That option will be visible when viewing the photo/video in your cell phone library. • All videos will transfer to the thumb drive and display properly from the thumb drive on your cell phone. However, videos that were created with the phone in a vertical position will not be viewable on your computer using the standard Windows Media Player. You will need to get the “Cool File Viewer” software from the Microsoft Store; it’s free opensource code. Note that there is also a “Coolle File Viewer” which is not the one you want. • When you are done using the thumb drive on the computer, select “Eject” on the top of the Windows Explorer window before removing the thumb drive from the USB port. I don’t know if it really causes a problem or not, but it is recommended.

I bought this flash drive in order to move my pics off my iPhone to another place for safe keeping. As I started to read all the reviews before downloading the app, there were just way too many bad reviews (1.7) & reports of lost photos/files. Their privacy policy is also entirely in Chinese (?), a language I do not speak/read. I cannot trust a policy I cannot read. I will not be using this flash drive. Too late to return it, so I’m out $20 😡

Great easy and economical way to save my photos and empty out some of the storage on my old Apple phone. Easy to flip the switch and then transfer them to my computer.

Returned for a full refund item, item was too complicated to use

Easy to use. I just popped it on to my phones and I could easily transfer my photos to my external hard drive.
