You can't expect perfection for this price
For the price point I think this screen is phenomenal, came with everything that was needed except a heat gun but I have a few of those. I let my 16 year old replace it because he is the one who broke it. Even with zero experience he was able to figure it out pretty easily, with some help from YouTube of course. Now will the new screen that is 5x cheaper than the oem screen be just as good? I doubt it, but he has not had any complaints about it at all so it's good enough for a 16 year old boy whose screen time nears 4 - 7 hours a day some days. You just need to go into it with the correct expectations, you're not going to get a $300 screen for this price, but once you understand that and make your expectations more realistic then I think you will be very satisfied with this screen.

It was an easy screen repair for anyone
Bought it for my girlfriend so she could fix her phone because she it seemed like a waste to get a new phone it was her first time and she did it pretty good by herself tho she had 2 extra screws by time she was finished though lol but the screen works great and a free screen protector is a plus for the price all tools that were needed was included. Just a warning tho don't use rubber bands to hold the screen down. (I bought a set of 4 phone clamps separately to hold the screen inplace) and I also suggest leaving the phone for 24 hours to let the glue dry completely well

Good way to save some money and time.
Works fine and installed no problem, considering I've never taken a phone apart. The touch screen didn't work at first until I force restarted the phone then it was perfect. And thanks to Amazon's quick shipping I was able to get my phone up and running in no time.

Got a replacement quickly
I received a defective one at first, buy quickly received a new one after I claim for the replacement. I am happy to have my phone work again.

NO SOUND??
The overall screen is great and it works perfectly, but when I went to watch youtube the speaker doesn't work. I tried using headphones and they worked fine. then I took the headphones out and tried again and the speaker still didn't work. good screen but no sound

Not happy
Bought this product to repair my screen got sm-a326b with the “b” crossed out for my phone which is sm-a326u and the screen turns on then shuts off repeatedly
