Perfect for low carb snacking
I was having a hard time finding snacks because of my low-carb diet and this product is perfect for it. I love the fact that it’s not just the meat itself, but it also has fat with it as well, which is perfect for me to meet my goals and it tastes amazing! I also like the fact that it’s thin so it kind of gives it like a little bit of a crunch. I can’t have potatoes anymore so no chips. This kind of helps me with that craving because of the crunchy texture. I have not found anything else that it is even remotely close to the taste. I have ordered at least four different times and each time it’s perfect. And I plan on ordering more. Love these!!!!!

If you have ever eaten Beef Liver & Onions in gravy and liked it... Be warned that this is not that.
My wife bought me this as an early Father's Day gift... She has heard me mention before that as a kid, my parents would sometimes serve up a dish of Beef Liver and Onions in a rich gravy, and that I really liked it... So, I guess her heart was in the right place...Unfortunately, after eagerly anticipating the arrival of this "gift", the first piece that entered my mouth, hit my tongue and was then rapidly ejected like a bouncer would eject a drunk from a bar... The taste was ungodly... "Nasty" simply doesn't serve the purpose well enough... the taste is more like dried blood and canned dog food (don't ask... I DO know what that tastes like)... I am sure this is a perfectly good product, and that there are some mentally derang... err... I mean customers out there who would thoroughly enjoy this product... I am not one of them. Please understand that I am not trying to disrespect the producers of this product in any way... I am just giving fair warning to anyone who has eaten liver and onions in gravy and enjoyed it, that they will be dismayed, disappointed and quite possibly in for a bit of a shock when they try this.I'm sure it is every bit as good for you as the package states... but the flavor???? Perhaps if you're into abusing your tastebuds... who am I to judge... rest assured though, I will not purchase any other "liver" product from these guys... I will try their other jerky products because I am a carnivore, and I thoroughly enjoy most meat products... just not this one!

Good snack, but very pricey
Bought these as snacks for my husband and I as we are on the carnivore diet. They are very tasty however the price is a bit much also there weren’t very big pieces they all seemed to broken and small. We were hoping they would be comparable to Carnivore Snax

Decent flavor, but is it worth the price? (breakdown in review)
I do like the flavor, I like the texture, and it does help curb behavioral urges to eat less healthy chips. HOWEVER, let's break down the price of this product per gram of protein and you can see where the conundrum is. As of today (5/9/2023) chicken breast costs about $2.70/lb at the store. 1lb of chicken breast has bout 140g of protein, so you are paying about $0.02 per gram of protein with chicken breast. This product has a total of 72g of protein in the 3 bags, at $34 that comes in at $0.47 per gram of protein. So given that you are spending 24x the money per gram of protein, I really don't think this is worth it.The ONLY thing I think this is good for is for those who are trying to overcome cravings or reprogram behavioral/compulsion issues with quick snacks. Do not buy these if you are thinking they are a great healthy alternative to anything other than overcoming your discipline issues. Going all in with equipment to process, compact, slice, and dehydrate chicken breast on your own, you will recoup the cost in less than 4 bags of these things. These are super convenient, but given that I can make the exact same thing (and I mean exact, I can't taste the difference and the texture is just matter of tuning) for less than 5% of the cost with only about 15 minutes of work, I guess it's just a matter of how much the convenience matters to you. TBH, one bag of these things are not even remotely satiating, even for the purpose of a quick snack.I really wanted to give these things a high rating, but once I took a stab at making my own and ended up making a product that I actually ended up liking more, along with taking 3 minutes to do some quick math, I really can't justify buying another order of these.

Decent but no flavor
Just arrived and as I ripped into the bag it was not as expected. Thin strips of what I would call dried beef bacon, they call it jerky. I expect since it's from a jerky company they would have been substantially thicker cuts, the flavor is mediocre and does not invite one to come back. For three bags the price is outside my willingness to re-order as I can make the same with my oven and a whole cured brisket with a ton more flavor from home. I guess that's the price one pays for convenience. I do not recommend unless, you have 45.00 to throw away on something that won't last a week.
