Does Seville offer a divider for the smallest bin ? I bought dividers for the 2 largest bins with this set, but do not see any for the smaller bins.

Do the shelves go with the lip up or down? before i go any further i want to know - does it matter? currently have the lip up and the bottom shelf on.

Do not know what you mean by lip up. I guess you mean the ledge at rear of shelf well it would go up to prevent bins from falling off back. And the shelf should only properly go one way, because holes are tapered to lock in. Hope this was helpful.
