It’s very noisy! However works great

What is the difference between this newer model and the other one listed on amazon that looks exactly the same but cheaper?

According to the manufacturer's website the more expensive model (PHSPAMT24HT) has the heated air & the cheaper model (PHSPAMT22) does not. Here is a link: https://www.pyleusa.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=bubble+mat

Does electric and water go together? how do i know i am not going to get dead for using this?

Ok if this is a serious question the answer is yes it is made to be used in a bathtub. The electric unit has a long hose so it can be placed far away from the water. If you read my review I use mine in a baby size swimming pool 12x4x2.
