High quality, safe, and inexpensive vitamins
While many vitamins (and supplements) are unregulated by the FDA (because politicians have legally prevented them from having any oversight of what companies claim or put in their products), these vitamins from Costco are great because they are tested and approved by the USP (US Pharmacopeial Convention), which independently tests and verifies supplements for safety and authenticity. Consumer Labs (which also does independent testing) has also rated these vitamins highly as they are both high quality and very inexpensive compared to other (often unverified) brands. While I can't speak to the exact effects of the vitamins, I know my nails are stronger and thicker since taking them for over a year now. While I don't think they are cure-all, I take them exactly as they are meant to be taken: as a supplement to a good diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you're going to take vitamins, these are the ones to take.

A Good Vitamin Does Not Have to Cost a Fortune.
This is my second bottle. I like these vitamins because they are simple to understand. The ingredients have are absorb-able. If you take them on an empty stomach which one should not do, you mat get a fishy taste in your mouth. They do have in fish in their ingredients (cod, cusk, flounder, haddock, hake, pollock, redfish, sole). They do have the USP seal, a leading consumer magazine and online site gave it top ratings for everything they test especially absorption. The article is interesting to read and simple. Unfortunately I am not able to post or give the name, but think a famous Consumer site that has been in print for ages and online for some time.Yes, we do need to supplement our diets with a multivitamin because not everyone eats properly every meal, every day. I have always recommended a daily multivitamin to my patients and still do.

Good vitamin, type getting hard to find
I like them. They seem to work nicely for me. It seems that many of the other, dare I say slightly larger size performance type vitamins packed to the brim with goodness are going by the wayside. It seems some brands are now recommending multiple pills, or even just multiple types of pills! They want to be a routine supplement package by themselves! That is not what I want- I want a nice plain vitamin like this, to use with my other current stuff. I use other supps for other things, depending on what the goal of the month is. I don't want to think about morning vitamins, I just want one to rule them all- and for now that is this Kirkland Premium Performance stuff.

Not bad
This was my first multi-vitamin. I do notice a difference in energy when i take these. I recmond always taking with some kind of food. And plenty of water. I heard somewhere taking these multi's at once does not work as good as splitting them in half and taking half in the morning and half at late afternoon. I do both ways. But they are good. I have not noticed anything besides increased energy....like clear skin or whatever. I am now gonna try a new one called optimen.

Hard to beat value
I have been taking these vitamins for awhile now and are the only multivitamin I have ever tried. I'm not one to believe in their performance claims and have not noticed any difference in energy. I do take these to fill in any nutrient gaps and you can't really beat the price for the nutrients provided. The pills are hard to swallow unless take with a bite of food though in my opinion.

Large size
It came in a timely fashion, but my goodness what a big size tablet it is to go down ones throat whole. can't manage it, had to crush it, probably takes away from its efficacy.
