So nice to have a good night sleep. I really feel much more relaxed!
I take one every night. Since I have been talking them I have been sleeping great! I also take a Melatonin. So I can not say whichone works or is it the combo.

Really does work!!
Unisom has helped me fall asleep for a long time. I do have restless leg syndrome on occasion, so I do use the doxylamine succinate tablet, which does not irritate my restless leg syndrome. I do not find that it makes me drowsy in the morning like the other brands. I have tried several other brands, and nothing compares to Unisom -how well it works and how it keeps me sleeping.
