Not sturdy enough to hand doll clothes

I have a number of vintage dolls, including Barbie, Ken, and Skipper, and Remco's Heidi, Jan and Spunky, that live in luxury in my closet. Closet space for all of us is a constant issue; turns out none of us share well. So when I saw this clothing rack, it looked like the clothing storage for at least one of us might be solved.I tried using the rack for Barbie's tops first - and the really short ones hang fine. That's pretty much all for that the rack supports when it comes to 11.5" dolls - the hanging rack is just a little over 4" tall, and Barbie and Ken didn't wear crop tops in the 1960's. The rack is a better match for 10" dolls - you can fit skirts, shorts and blouses. For the 8" and 7" dolls, you can fit everything comfortably, and have room for the associated shoes underneath.This is a really nice addition to the vintage wardrobe I have for my 8" and 7" dolls - making it possible to hang up all their clothes. I have no room to store their clothes outside their (copiously large) doll house, and this way, I can easily see what outfits they have. The rack is about 5.9" long, so plenty of room for clothes.Very pleased with the simple design, look, and functionality.

The item was so small, that the dresses. Were bigger than the item. I ended up constructing my own with materials from dollar tree.
