So glad I bought this laptop. Great price and quality product

Just what I needed. A cheap laptop. Performs as expected. Not super fast but also not dog slow. Keep in mind this is a Chromebook running ChromeOS. It's not Windows. There is a learning curve if you have not used it before. Be prepared to use Google to figure things out.

I contacted the seller and told him that I had a defective part I told him that I needed that plug to plug into the computer so I can use the computer ASAP he contacted me back saying they were sorry it was going to get me that defective computer plug but he put it in regular mail so it could take up the 10 days before I get that part and now I can't use the computer so what I'm saying is that the computer is a decent computer but what is the computer if you don't have plug to plug it in to use it which I haven't been able to use this computer since I bought the sold me a defective part that came with the computer snapped and broke the second day I had it I'm very upset so I'm here unable to use the computer that I just purchased so now it's going to be additional 7 days before I even get it from regular mail so I just have to put this computer in the closet because it's no good to me. I can't recommend the seller be careful.

Let me start at the beginning, It came in a large box so it was sliding around during shipment with not even enough bubble wrap to stop it... It works good though, and it is fast enough, but the appearance is not as good. it had debris in the keys which I cleaned out myself, the normal dirt you would get in the keyboard when in use. it did have scratches on the back but the front looked pretty good the pain is worn on a few of the keys. I bought this as a started computer for a 10 year old so I will make it work and put it in a case. Over all after trying it out it works pretty good though it was just not as good looking as I expected.

Although original delivery was to be expected Sat Dec 7th, it arrived today (12/9) in one piece without any issues. Easy to navigate and pretty fast processing speeds! Couldn't beat the steal of a deal for this laptop at $84.99 (+ tax)! It is hard to find a decent laptop under $100, let alone one that has a bigger screen than 11 inches... this is the perfect size for me, even when i take off my glasses!

The Chromebook’s design is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to carry around. The 14-inch screen is bright and offers good resolution for watching videos, and the keyboard is comfortable for typing. Additionally, the device arrived in excellent condition, and for a renewed product, it looks brand new.If you’re looking for a budget-friendly laptop for very basic use, this could work for you. However, if speed and performance are important, I’d recommend exploring other options.

14 inch is the way to go for Chromebook, i am ecstatic with the quality

I bought this for my son. He never told me that the touchpad screen did not work properly. If I had known this I would have returned it. I would not recommend buying this product to anyone.
