This was the wrong blade for the andis cordless trimmer. Do not purchase.

It fits but doesn’t work properly

Do these blades come with the black attachement piece to the smaller blades?

Yes it comes with everything you need to replace the entire blade

What does this item includs?

Top and bottom blade .... also a black plastic item came inside the pack, that wouldn't allow my clippers to slide back and forth.
