this is a salon changer!! I was never one that favored the salon however, with these- I'll never need to go back! I'm not much of a pamper kinda girl so when I seen this bundle I had to give it a try. Very pleased and pretty simple to use!! I did however have to upgraded on the nail forms, i seen they make sandwich forms- which gives you a bottom piece to avoid the messy buildup underneath the nail, for beginners it's a game changer!! Absolutely recommend!!

I got this in the mail yesterday and decided to get right to work because I saw in the reviews that it took others around 4-5 hours to complete a set. Thankfully it only took me about 2 hrs! This set comes with literally everything you need. Products are all pretty good quality and I’ve had no issues (course I’ve only used it once though lol) It’s difficult to work with polygel if you are 100% a beginner. I watched TikTok tutorials before I even started, that way I’d have a better idea of the process. HELPED A TON! A couple issues I ran into was that the nail sizers (can’t remember what they are called) didn’t fit my thumbnail. Even the biggest size was too small. I will say I have wider nail beds so it’s been a struggle with press-on nails in the past. But I do think that’s why the polygel seeped out more around my nail edges…I do wish they had more size variety. There were only 9 different sizes which seemed few considering press-on nails usually go up to 15+ different sizes. The other issue I had was the nail sizer/polygel wouldn’t stay on my nail bed before curing under the lamp. It kept falling and pulling up off the nail and if it did that while under the uv lamp than it would create air bubbles/pockets with missing gel. I’m assuming that’s user error but wanted to include that in the review so others can be aware that it might happen. Overall my advice would be to not expect to be a pro at it the first couple times, and don’t expect it to come out perfect either. I did slowly get better with each nail I did, just by getting used to the technique and learning how much of the gel to use. The kit does comes with regular nail clippers but I think I’ll eventually buy the nail clippers meant for acrylic nails (where you can cut long nails down in one clip) again can’t remember the actual name of those. Because it took quite some time to clip and file the gel down to a length and shape I was used to. I also love the color variety and can’t wait to try more colors! The ones I did was in the white shade, came out more clear than white but I’m still happy with it! The tubes of gel had a decent amount in them too which was nice…definitely hard to squeeze out though. Anyways the nails look great from a distance but when you get close and really ''look” at them than they definitely look less professional 😂 but either way I love that they should last about 3 weeks without any issues! After living with press-on nails for years this will be really nice!! Maybe I’ll update this in a few weeks with how the nails held up!

I'll be honest, I did not expect much. I was shocked when my first application went so easy. Like I knew it would look horrible because of my lack of talent, but I also figured I would be able to pin some of the tragedy into the product. However they went surprisingly well. The picture above is the third set I did with this set, the white polish for the French tip is not this brand. However the part I like the most comes from this set. The blend of poly gel to my natural nail bed is so seemless to me. I love how thin the product can look while still being secure. I will says the three sets I've done so far last a solid week, but small breaks happen along the way. Typically where the product just starts to hang off my natural nail. I understand part of this is user error however the product does shift slightly, also causing some drippage on the underside of the tip. It starts to pool a bit by your finger, but this has gotten less noticeable the more I work with the product. Understanding how it moves and how much to spread the product over the plate. Overall I would say this product does the job, and you can pick up on it quite quickly. Proper prep like shaping and oil remover/dehydrater adds to the longevity of these nails. Currently I'm not very quick at it but have improved drastically over the three attempts. I can envision this becoming a very quick orderel the more I practice. This product becomes more cost effective the more I use it, as I think about getting a professional set done less and less. I would recommend this to anyone who has the want and patience to pick up a new hobby/talent with their non dominant hand. Doing the other hand is truly the hardest part.

Okay I am impressed lmao I have never done acrylic or polygel before, I have done dip powder but this was so simple and easy to do and learn as a beginner. I used alcohol to clean my brush between nails to get any gel off and to also clean gel off my fingers and it helped a lot. I love the shine, this color is a bit translucent but I personally like that. Its very buildable and easy to get longer nails. I did break the nail clippers it came with by trying to cut down one of my nails but my triangle cutters worked well. I do recommend this! Only thing I wish was different is the size of the base coat top coat and matte top coat. Idk what to do if I run out.

I do my fills on myself with ease. Great project with a good variety of colors. The nails end up nice and durable too. So far my favorite polygel

The products are great and is worth the value, but I assumed the actual base, matte, and top coat polishes would each be the standard 10-13 fl oz, but they’re tiny. I thought those would be the only full sized products since their amount size wasn’t listed anywhere else or used in the video demonstration. They’re actually 7 ml/fl oz. The tubes look small but they are the standard amount; they’re 14 of them and each one is 15 ml, making a total of 210 ml of gel products so that’s nice. You still get more value for your money overall even if the polishes are small, but that did throw me off so just be aware of that. Everything else is great and so far the Polygel is lasting as normally expected- almost been 2 weeks so that’s also good :)

I looked at the reviews, especially the negative ones, and honestly I was expecting less. So I had a positive experience because the kit seems to be good for the price. The materials came well packaged and the lamp worked perfectly. The tools are an ok, not so bad quality for beginners, but I haven't tested the polygel tubes yet. It really doesn't seem like it has much of product, but for the first time trying it, it seems to be good for testing. If I have any considerations to add, I will update this review. Otherwise, the kit is worth the price paid.

I love that I can just sit and do my nails while watching tv and not have to worry about my nails drying. I would have had my nails done so much more before but it was too much hassle for the hopes that it would dry before smudging. Now they don't! The light is perfect and compact. The colour options are amazing and there is a fair amount of liquid in the bottles. I will be looking to buy builder gel (under recommendation of a friend) next to use with this kit, along with another base coat as I seem to be going through it faster (maybe because it's thicker than the top coat?). The extra supplies are great too but again, all extras. The clippers are not cheap dollar store ones either! They are great! Same with the cuticle cutters. *WARNING* Do not do nails out in the sun. It will harden the gel on the brush while painting. Dumb mistake on my part! Haha! Take note, I have only used this kit to do nails 4 times now but I'm loving it!

I’m new to home gel polish, and new to poly gel nails. I’ve been slowly building a “kit” & reading what I can on doing them, curing, etc. This set popped on my suggested items, and for the sale price, and range of colours, I grabbed it up. It was delivered today, and as I unpacked it, I was pleasantly shocked at how complete this set is!! It comes with not only a lamp, but also everything you might need to do your nails!! 30 mL slip solution, , a HUGE set of nail forms, clippers, cuticle oull, There’s 3 really good quality files, lamp, 14 tubes of poly-gel, base coat, glossy top coat, matte top coat, 3 pots of glitter, needle tweezers for picking up & placing the glitterHere I had been ordering things separately — had I seen this set, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering items independently, because this set has every item a new polygel home user will EVER NEED!! I’m not usually over-the-top impressed by things, but this set absolutely blew my mind! If you’re on the fence about trying polygel, this is definitely the kit you should get FIRST. Some people said there isn’t much polygel, but I’m not a 2-inch nails person, so 14 tubes of 12 mLs each will be plenty! (I would think that “2-inch nails” people should be ordering individual big tubes anyway ona wholesale basis — this size tube would *each* easily do a full set, at least 2 or 3 times on my hands… and there is 14 tubes.) It comes with 3 little pots of glitter flakes, too. Removal wipes, clear clips to hold the mail form on while curing, a good metal gel scooper tool with the brush on the other end. Just an amazingly COMPLETE KIT. I wish I had seen this before I ordered items individually. ORDER IT! You won’t regret, especially if this is your first foray into polygel. My friend got this set for Christmas and i borrowed it to do my nails and LOVED it so i bought my own. The lamp is super strong, like almost salon quality strength. The assortment on polish colors is lovely but they do not have black which I'm a little sad about. The nail stickers aren't very sticky I've tried using them a few times and they lifted while i was doing the top coat so i didn't get an even finish and had parts of the sticker poking out, i took them off and redid them and had the same problem. The picture of the listing shows that you get gems with it but i received these little pearl beads which i think are kind of ugly. The nail files are good quality. You need to do light layers of the polish and top coat or it will pool at the edges and by your cuticle which causes easy lifting. The nail polish removal pads were kind of dried out and didn't work very well so I'll be buying a different kind of gel remover. Over all I'm very happy with my purchase and i will be using this to do my manis and pedis very often.
