DOW 890 SL Silicone sealant
I stopped a local city crew and asked them what they use to seal the sidewalk cracks/seams. This is the product they were using. We just went through a typical Wyoming winter and the sealer seems to have held up very well. The typical lower quality sealers end up leaking and separating from the cement. This appears to bond with the cement more. The sidewalk did not buckle from water this winter. I'm very happy with the quality of this product.

Not a good product
I didn’t like this product because it was old and dry so only half of it was useful.

Phenominal Stuff
We use it at work. Crack and seam filler for the road and surface drives, aprons, runways, and taxiways of a major US Airport. We use it by the 55 gallon drum and these tubes. I used it at home for the expansion joints in the driveway and sidewalks. It does darken over time to a dark gray but I could care less as long as it seals up the joints. Bermuda and zoysia grass will grow through it so kill that before emplacing it. Clean the sides of the joints with a disc grinder before installing or it wont adhere properly to the concrete. I need a tube to seal up a modification around the gas meter and the local seller only sells it by the case so here I am. Pay attention to the expiry date on the tube. They mean it. the stuff will cure in the tube beyond that date. Not listed for this but it does an excellent job as an adhesive between the stackable concrete landscaping edging "stones".
