Yes! It is the bladder, carrier, and straps. Fits just great on the back of my body armor!

This particular model has a bladder included, and would not be suitable for another brand of bladder.

Q: Will this fit in the hydration area of an ILBE gen 2 main pack?

I would think so. I have it on the back of a vest but I think it would fit the ILBE system.

Q: How do I hook up the sawyer mini to this bladder?

I'd imagine that would take some engineering with the end cap, you may find it easier to work with a camelback bladder
