I needed these to make one of those giant throws. You know the ones. The ones that go for $50. Wellllllllllll I bought the yarn separately and needed these amazing smooth knitting needles to make the throw. And now I have a throw that fits a king size bed. I couldn't have done it without these needles "on a string" as my used to call the circular needles. No burrs or rough points on the needles and the connection to the circular tubing is very strong. It has to be with that giant bulky yarn!! Worth every penny

I wanted to love these needles. The wooden portion of the needles is made well. The issue arises at the join from the plastic loop to the needles themselves. This is the first time I have knitted with such a large gauge of yarn, and so this is the first time I have purchased such large needles.I was knitting a blanket and wanted the space that circular needles provide even though I was not knitting in the round. I got a little more than halfway through the project, being very careful and trying to not put weight on the join since I knew this may be an issue after seeing them in person. You see, the plastic tubing is clear, and I could clearly see that the wood inside of that joined area was fairly sharp. I didn't want that sharp wood to crack the plastic. Then it happened. I caught it before I lost any work and had to pick up any lost stitches.I had to patch it with duct tape to be able to finish the project and then had to patch the other side. I will not be using these again in the future since the duct tape made it really slow going. I knew that this was a very low price for something like this and that I was gambling. Unfortunately, it did not pay off.

If you buy this, make sure you get some superglue too because if your yarn is heavy, the needles may pop off the tubing. Once you get some crazy glue/super glue it works great! The length of the cords are good for larger projects, but I do wish the needles themselves were longer (and had more stability in the attachment to the tubes).

This was my first time purchasing circular knitting needles and I am in love! I am working on a small project and I knew that it’s be easier if I had circular knitting needles. These have kept up with my project so far and I am so excited! I will definitely purchase more though this company! Highly recommend! 10/10

Used these to knit a chunky blanket and they did great. Only thing is is the yarn would get caught frequently on the cord connecting to the wooden needles.
