Works very well. We bought for my daughters dorm room but now that she's home we all use it. Great product.

Bought in mid December last year and was working fine. Since we have visitors during Christmas and new year we didn't use it for a while. Now that it just me n my husband in our house, we intend to use it again and it is not working anymore. The light doesn't switch on anymore. Want to return it as it is defective, but no way to do so.

I ordered the rice cooker for my son who loves rice. I thought it would be simple and safe for him to use. However when it turned up, it came with a short letter explaining that it is a 110V item. They clearly knew that they were sending the unit to a country that runs on 220V so they included a rather pitiful inverter plug that actually needs an adapter to fit into any wall socket. When it is all plugged in, the plug(s) wabble and sometimes fall out of the wall. I feel like I was cheated a bit on this purchase. A simple bit of honesty would have gone a long way.

What a cute little baby rice cooker. In spite of its small size, it is perfect for one person but it can produce as much as 2 cup cooked rice. I was quite amazed.
