I'm using the container to proof sourdough bread. Works very well, the indications on the side are useful to gauge how much the dough has risen. Fits about 2kg of dough.

We use this to store bread and it works well

These are great, but unfortunately jam together when stacked and stored.
No problem with the quality, they do their job extremely well, but unfortunately when not in use and stack ed and stored they jam together. Just be careful.
