Great LEFT handed mouse
First of all, hands down it is a perfect office wireless mouse. Secondly, don't do my mistake, it is LEFT handed mouse. That's why it is constantly on sale. Now when we handled this, a couple of thoughts: 1) yes, it's left-handed, but it us symmetrical. The button s on the right were triggering me for exactly 1 day, and now on day 4 I am using these buttons for my benefits when dragging it. They are stiff, so no false clicks 2) I wouldn't use the side buttons anyway because I can't install any third-party apps on my corp laptop. 3) the only slight concern I have is when you scroll rapidly some internal gear keeps rattling when you stop the scroll, and it is loud. Not a concern for noisy office though. Build quality, size, clicks - everything is outstanding. To be honest I like the feel of it even more than my expensive but razer old Razer gaming mouse at home.

Not a "real" left hand mouse
You can't actually switch the primary button on this mouse. The software for it lets you do it, but what it actually does is send a message to the PC to change it's settings. So, it just changes your PC settings, which you could do on your own. A real left hand mouse would have the primary button switched at the hardware level inside the mouse, or at least in the software inside the mouse. Changing the PC settings is not a true left hand mouse. Also, it does not fit large hands at it says, but I don't think any mouse maker really makes devices for large hands. One more thing, the software lets you customize the extra buttons to do what ever custom thing you want it to, but I found that some of the preset options don't work right, so I just disabled the extra buttons because the custom actions were buggy and not reliable.Logitech makes the best mice, but don't expect any of the extra stuff to work properly. It is a point and click device and it is the best at that, but nothing more.

Excellent left handed mouse
I'd been looking for an excellent left handed mouse for a long time. This is the best I've found; it's responsive, comfy, and precise.

Great left hand mouse, center button harder than others to press
Great mouse, very quiet and responsive, only issue I have is that the center button is harder to press than the others. The left and right buttons have a quiet click and are easy to press however I use the center button about the same as the others and the force required on it is much greater than the others.

Unexpectedly quiet and eases trigger finger pain on right index
I've been trying quite a few mice lately for trigger finger pain, in vain. "Ergonomic" options, including vertical ones, didn't do much and other problems presented themselves due to their designs. Then, I tried this as a right-handed person and not using the right hand at all for a mouse gave it rest. Back/forth buttons are necessary minimum in my job. Scroll wheel is smooth and effortless, unlike in many models I tried. Outer material keeps the surface dry, even after my hand cream and all. Although being a petite women with S-M palm size, long fingers call for a large mouse, and this size fits pretty well. By far, the pleasant surprise is the silent mouse clicks. They are just not audible at all. Overall, streamlined design, thoughtful button locations, even a battery included and a right weight in a hand. Will ask my work to order another for me to keep at the office.
