70mm. Too big for my 50mm lense
Unfortunately this band does not work on my 50mm lens. It was too large by a huge margin. I needed it to stop focus creep on manual mode since auto focus is unreliable. It does work on the zoom portion but my zoom holds tight on it's own so it's really not needed.

Pretty good.
It works well but was a little too tight but still did what it was supposed to do.

Does the Job
It does the job of keeping the lens from falling down. As others have mentioned, it's little pricey for what it does and is.

solves the zoom creep problem.
Bit overpriced for what it actually is, a wide rubber band. But it does what it is designed for.

Best lens band
It does the good job to cover the exposed screws when the tripod collar was removed, my palm feel comfortable to hold the 70-200 F2.8 iii without touching the lens exposed screws.

It works
This little band does what it’s intended to do - stop zoom creep.

A couple of dollars...
...to keep you from hating your $1,000.00 lens. Totally worth it.

Four Stars
Doing the job it was purchased for...supporting/maintaining a stretched rubber focus ring on a big lens. Ideal.

It works😜
Works perfectly, almost silly that something so simple works so well.

paid £25= for an assessment
Took my Canon 24mm 105mm Lens to a local camera shop and paid £25= for an assessment only to be told they could find nothing wrong with it.Having used the lens for the best part of two years with various rubber bands on it I have to say I was disappointed. and I wanted ask what their proper job was,but I refrained. After their phone call telling me they could find no problems with the lens I checked with Amazon and found the silicone Band. Despite paying in total £32= (on a lens which would a few hundred to replace) I still consider this to be a bargain. The band itself is worth 50p, but to me it is so much more.If you need it just buy it.

Perfect fix for self extending zooms
I have a 55-200 Fujinon lens which tends to self extend while being carried. This leaves it vulnerable to knocks apart from being very irritating. Why Fuji didn't put a lock on it I don't know? This simple little band does the trick and keeps the zoom under control. You can quite happily zoom with the band in place as it is made from good quality silicon allowing a firmer control.

Simple, but does the job
My Fuji lens suffers badly from zoom creep when pointing downwards. As I like using a wrist strap this happens quite a lot when carrying it. This is a thick rubber band which goes round the zoom ring and a bit of the rest of the lens body - which bit will differ according to the lens design. It works brilliantly. It was hard to put on, as my hands are not strong, but it was worth it. The 'tightness' depends on how much it overlaps the sections. Anyway, it is great, and I leave it in the position in the photograph all the time, as it still turns nicely.
