Replacement Whirlpool 1183054K HEPA Filter & 4 Pre-Carbon Filters Fits Whispure Air Purifier Models AP450 and AP510

So this is super easy to use. The hardest part is opening your whispur 500. It takes me a couple tries to release all if the tabs. The thicker of the filters comes right out and the new one goes right in. The thinner black filter pops off the little notches then the new one goes on the same way. Filters have been working great dog and human hair has been wrangled caught on the filter and out of the air. Also the box the filters came in makes the extra ones much easier to store.

Have had a Whirlpool Whispure 510 air purifier for couple of years. It is an excellent product and has helped my and my wife's allergies significantly. To function effectively, filters must be changed on a regular schedule: main filter once annually, and carbon pre-filters every three months. Originally, through Whirlpool, filter replacement cost was quite expensive. Last couple of years , have been using after- market products for replacements--- far more cost effective.This Company , so far, has the best pricing on filters. Have not used them yet, but appears to be the best deal price wise.

The only issue that I see is that the pre-filter does not have the pre-cut slots to match the tabs on the cover. But this is really not a problem as it fits anyway.

The filters arrived on time and were well packaged. They fit the Whirlpool Wispure Air Purifier 510 perfectly. The charcoal pre-filter does not have the tabs on the sides with the little openings but it does fit in. It is just a bit awkward to get it to stay while you are putting the front panel back. However, for the difference in the price of the original, it is really an extremely minor issue. I highly recommend this.

Purchased the filter combo pack for my air purifier. Order shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Filters are new and in factory packaging.The HEPA filter fit right into the purifier. The pre-filter seems like it's just a little bit bigger than previous filters. It fits but takes some minor folding/tucking to get the cover to completely snap on. Not a big deal and once closed, all is working fine.

I don't have any way to measure if these are true HEPA filters or not, but they do a good job at taking pet dander and residual construction dust that was trapped in the carpet out of the air. You go through the pre-filters pretty quick if your room is dusty, so having extras is a real help.

I was super happy to get this product. Just as advertised. Additional bonus, installing this new filter stopped an incessant squeaking my unit had been making. I will order this again, no doubt. Setting a reminder now.One could tell this is an aftermarket filter (you can see some glue on the side of the filter). But, still receives five stars. This purchase wasn't made for its aesthetic appeal.If you need a replacement for your unit, don't pass this one up. Works great!

Very happy with this purchase! The filters fit as well as the original name brand filters purchased with the unit. I read pages of reviews for replacement filters and found a wide range of quality and price with many negative reviews of other products/sellers. I was actually afraid to make a purchase only to find I had been sent an inferior item at a high cost.
