Harmonic Vision Music Ace Maestro Educator Edition - single computer license

I like and highly recommend the Harmonic Vision Music Ace Maestro Educator. This is my second update of the software. My only disappointment with the program is the section on rhythm. A good deal of the students ability to successfully maneuver through the rhythm lesson depends on the response of the computer mouse or the computer space bar. It can be very frustrating, particularly to younger students.

I like this series with its use of games incorporated into the lessons. The graphics are old, though, and it could use updating. I incorporate this into my general music classroom instruction by using it with my smartboard. Kids love it.

I use this software in my piano studio. Before or after their lesson students play games like this one or many others. The great thing about this software is that once they get started, the German conductor guides them the rest of the way covering all aspects of theory starting with the most basic and advancing as they go. A plus is that it runs itself and even young children can understand how to use the software with very little instruction.The graphics feel like their from the late 90's early 2000's. Great program - kids can sign in under their own names and move through at students speed. We use for ages 4+. We had some issues getting the keyboard to work with the program and finally found one that works perfectly.

I really liked this my kids do enjoy playing it and they learn music from it real good and easy .I even like it myself well done

I have used this product in my general music classes at school. So I purchased it for my private piano students as a supplement to their regular lessons. The kids enjoy playing the games and it reinforces the material we are teaching them in their lessons. Highly recommend it!

I have used this product in my piano studio for many years. A computer crash made it necessary to buy the disc again. Don't mislay the original although mine was for much older computers than I now have. My students love the program as it makes music theory more fun.

I read the good reviews from previous 6 people and some of them are piano teachers who said the software helps their students. I got the impression that the software can teach students to learn piano. After I got the software, I quickly learn that this software just teaches music theory; the games are used to help the students understand the theory and have nothing to do with piano.If someone wants to learn piano, do not buy this.If someone wants to learn music theory, this software is expensive whereas there are online sites or books that can be alternative sources for learning.
