There are slighly differences between those you mentioned, the more important ones are... Srpa97. Hardlex christal (stronger than mineral but less than sapphire), 42 mm case diameter, automatic movement 4r35, this movement doesn’t show the day name on the dial (you can check it in the photos) Srp765j. Sapphire christal, 39 mm case diameter, automatic movement 4r36, this movement shows name of the day and also the number, a bit more expensive due to this characteritics. You can’t go wrong with any of bought, great watches

Q: Does it still keep the time after a night not being worn?

Yes it will. They say it will hold time for like 40 hours of non winding but I have not tested it that long. I have however left it set for over 24 hrs and it was still ticking. Keep in mind this model you can also use the crown to wind it before long periods of setting unworn.
