Not much brighter but they look really good

Are these direct plug in and is there any hyper flashing?

This are direct plug and play. These are marker lights and not turn signals so no hyper flashing. They turn on and off with your headlights.

Are they dot stamped? Do they reflect?

They are marked DOT on the lens but I haven’t noticed them reflect.
