The packages arrived timely and well packaged. However, the battery was dead on arrival and there was no charging cable or headphones included adding to the expense and inconvenience. I'll update the experience with the actual phone once it's charged and set up. Shame about the charger cable though...

The worst experience ever. I was embarrassed that the iPhone had been locked and blocked when I went to T-Mobile store.

I bought this phone on July 2016 and it’s january 2018 now and the phone was amazing I got it and it looked brand new no scratches and the screen is strong I never put a screen protector and still has no scratches the only thing is that about 4 months many problems started like screenshots don’t save or phone numbers and i can’t download apps and it says I don’t have enough memory but I do have enough but most of the time a quick restart and I’m good for about 30 min but then it starts doing the same

BUYER BEWARE! Phones are being sold while not paid off with carrier, please save yourselves the time and headaches. Carrier will not let you use phones not fully paid off and won't even give you any info of the phone since you were not the direct purchaser.

Voice issue. It has mic and speakers issue

Personal use

the phone itself works good but i had to pay an additional 70$ to get the phone unlocked because the phone was blacklisted. you guys should learn how to advertise your product more realistically.
