Lifesaver !!
These are a life saver for me going through menopause! Had tried HRT and didn't suit me so a friend recommended these for the hot flushes and they really work even though I only take one every other day. Would recommend to any woman going through the same as me, don't taste very nice but the effects are worth it.

I was recommended Confiance by a friend who understands herbal remedies and I am very pleased with the results. It took a couple of weeks to start working but when it did the hot flushes disappeared and I feel myself again. Not sure if everyone would get the same results but they are brilliant for me!

A very good price for an excellent product. Every woman over 55 should take one of these each day - all the minerals and vitamins you need as a woman to stay balanced.

Cost increased in 90 days!
These tablets are brilliant and would give 5 stars as have been using for years right through menopause and after - but why has the price gone up from £9.99 to over £17? In just 90 days since I last bought them? How can this be justified? Won't be buying these again unless they reduce them. Will find an alternative. Such a shame 😦

Helps with Menopause symptoms
I used to take Magnesium OK for about 15 years prior to experiencing the menopause and they really helpedwith the emotional symptoms.As I'm going through the menopause I have tried various pills but Confiance is brilliant, helps with hot flushesirritability and the compulsion to eat, it doesn't make the symptoms disappear but reduces them greatly.As a vegetarian they are also a great source of minerals."I love it" is a bit OTT for a homeopathic remedy as I rather not be in this position, but as I am I'm gladI've found these.
