Turnigy Receiver Controlled Switch

At first, I couldn’t get it to work. No current flower. My channel was set to 115%. I pulled it back to 100%, and it began to work.

Purchased a few years ago to control a nitrous solenoid on a 1/5 scale build. Works perfectly. No issues. Now building a new 1/5 scale also with nitrous, copied the same wiring schematic I used for the first build which is exactly like the diagram turnigy shows on their instructions except I add in a safety master switch on the circuit. First turnigy switch shows up, works for a few test switches, then starts to stutter and poof goes up in smoke. Ordered a new one, soldered in where the original one was, poof immediate smoke as soon as it’s commanded to switch. Rechecked all wiring, rechecked load is good, checked to make sure im under 30v with a 2s, checked to make sure I’m not pulling 10 amps. Needless to say, anyone have any good alternatives?
