Is the same exact fabric softener cup I needed for my washer but I dont like how GE designed the washer, when the washer spins, the liquid spills out over the the top but back on the other hand, it was perfect for my washer, and made with heavy duty plastic, my old one was thin and the locking clip broke off. I will be back for more! TIA!!

Um, to be honest its perfect for its use for fabric softener, eventhough I stopped using fabric softener due to skin allergies but it's nice to have a complete washer machine lol!

I love my washer so if I can fix what breaks I do. This part was easy to install and works like a charm.

I lost my water softener attachment during one of our moves from state to state. This is a good replacement and it works like a champ. I recommend this product.

So glad I purchased the Whirlpool Fabric Softener Dispenser from Amazon.ca. This was the same unit I was going to purchase from a Canadian appliance parts store that would have cost double the price. The part was easy to replace and works and performs great and it was compatible with my older Kenmore washing machine Series 80 model. For anyone needing to replace a part for an older model washing machine, you can always check online for your models compatibility with after market parts. So glad Whirlpool makes compatible after market parts for Kenmore.
