Can’t seem to get the handles opened up all the way what am i doing wrong?

There is a lock release not marked on the back side of the cutters I ran into the same problem.

If you’re an electrician you’ll see on a any conversion table that 400mm2 is equal to 600kcmil cu conductor.

Yes Easy cut it wil cut 3 500 together

Lasted a day

I wouldn't recommend these if you plan on cutting 250 cables or larger..... I purchase these cutters for 500 cable terminations & it lasted a day before they broke.... In this case you actually get what you pay for.
