The media could not be loaded.  *** update October 2023: the factory contacted me and replaced the shower head that was broken. Free of any charges. The model they sent is different and a little bigger. But we actually like it. Looks stronger and more durable. Overall we are pleased with the purchase.* update: August 2023: I tried to contact the manufacturer to replace the part. It has been 3 weeks still no answer. Shower head split open and water is coming out the side.Very pretty. Looks very modern and elegant. The size was perfect for our shower. Small shower has great water pressure.

The overall installation process was simple and straight forward. I followed the included instructions and routed the plumbing lines as described but when I turned our new shower on I found out the hard way that the shower valve is routed opposite of how the instructions stated. The top water connection controls the sprayer and per the instructions it is supposed to control the shower head. I now have to remove a custom corian shower panel that is hard seamed to the base so I can rerout the plumbing opposite of how it was described in the manual. Shower fixture looks sharp and the controls seem sturdy a quality check on the valve positions would have gone a very long way on this application however. Make sure you check everything before you bury it behind a very expensive custom shower wall.

I have not used my newly remodeled bathroom yet, but so far the finish looks good. Not as gold looking as I prefer, it has a bronze look to it. Seems very sturdy and durable. Definitely don’t feel cheap. I will update if I have any problems once I start using it. Pics attached.

I am super impressed with the quality of this product. It is very well made with quality materials. Packaged very well. Everything you need is in the box. Amazing water flow. The hand held is great also. Our contractor said it was easy to install and had great directions. Customer service is great. I sent a question regarding support, and their customer support person contacted me within a day, and very happy to help answer my questions. I am very happy with the product as well as their post sales customer service!

We went with the 10inch chrome option for our new shower. It turned out very nice. It really is a great addition to our shower. It looks sharp and were excited to use. There was a slight issue; which the seller worked with us very quickly and promptly to fix a very small issue. Once we install shower doors, we will add additional pictures of it working. Definitely recommend this product.
