Works great! This item should be included with the Barracuda Pool Vac set!
Works great! I don't know why this item does not come original with the Barracuda Pool Vacuum cleaner. This item is a needed. It is the only way to properly attach to Swimming pool side vacuum cleaner. It locks to side pool suction flap. Very happy.

works fine
it works fine and fits the pool sweeper hose. Turns out that I didn't actually need it, so I sent it back

Part is on trial basis for now but works.
It wasnโt exactly like the last adaptor I had on my zodiac but it fit . This new one has a more accordion like design . Have to wait to see how long it will last but I needed it as the other cracked where you connect it to the other tubing that all connects to the cleaning apparatus . So far so good. I ordered this because I couldnโt find the same suction apparatus that I used before. Working so far .

Perfect
I wish I would have known this piece existed two years ago. It's exactly what I needed to hook up any standard, affordable hoses to my shark cleaner.

Durability is below average.
Good fit. Works well. Relatively expensive. Durability is below average. Mine lasted only 10 months. The material used in the new blue hoses is not durable and usually only last 6-10 months then needs to be replaced.

Let's my MX6 use the must less expensive "universal" hose - SWEET
This was EXACTLY what I needed. My Zodiac/Barracuda hose split (got 4 years of use from it, so guess that's reasonable). Saw cost of replacement OEM with the "special" connector was over $120. So I went looking for something else. Saw this for $15, picked up a more universal hose for $30 (this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079C4GMFM). So spent $45 and replacement works just as good as the OEM. With this I can replace my hose all the time with a lower cost "universal" hose. My MX6 now is back working just like new once again.
