Real Simple 30-Liter Pull-Out Trash Can

Purchased and installed this product seven months ago. I find that it has a slight bind in the "pull out - push in" motion of the slides. Nothing too bad though and have gotten used to it. However, today, I noticed that the right extension slide separated from the metal basket assembly. Apparently the small nut and bolt attaching the two parts loosened and fell out causing the fixed slide to separate from the metal basket assembly. I pulled the whole assembly out and found that along with that nut and bolt loosening and falling out the remaining three other bolts of the assembly were all loose and close to falling out too. No big deal right? Just replace the one that fell out and tighten all nuts and bolts! The thing is just doing that fix will result in the same failure again down the road. The binding action of the slides causes vibrations which cause the nuts and bolts to loosen up with continued use. My solution to the problem was to add a #8 "tooth washer" to the nut side of the slide/metal basket assembly. A very simple fix but not something the consumer should have to do. This along with a design flaw in the sliding action of the assembly is my reason for only rating it at 3 stars. It's a shame because other than those problems it is pretty well made. I think their engineering dpartment probably needs to make a few tweaks to deserve a 5 star rating.

I’m annoyed this item was listed as 18” tall when that’s actually JUST the can itself, NOT the entire unit. The entire unit is 19 3/8” tall, about 1/4” too tall for use under my sink. Someone asked this in the questions and it was answered by the seller to be 18” as well. Again, the 18” height is strictly the can alone, not the included slide rack.

Best sliding drawer I have ever found. Mine came damaged, but the distributor fixed me up using supreme customer service and replaced it right away. I had first put in a Rev-a-Shelf that was a complete piece of crap and I just threw it away. This one is super high quality: an easy rolling, good looking and smooth operating product. Like the Frank Sinatra of trash can sliders.

Sturdy, easy to install, and maximizes the space under a fairly small cabinet with an under-mount sink. I only had a little over 19 inches to work with and was hoping to not have to go with a 20L solution. This one fits perfectly and took maybe 10 min to install (including unpacking and getting my tools)

Fabulous. My handyman told me he's installed a lot of these - and he likes this one the best in ease of installation and high quality of the product. He was amazed at the reasonable price. I've had it installed for several months now and I am very happy with it.

I love this product. i have search all over for a trash can to go under the sink, i could not find one until i see it on amazon website.I was so happy it is working out good for me. it fit perfect under the sink. I would recommend this to friend and family.

This trash can is easy to install (5 minutes tops) and glides great. The fit is perfect under my sink plumbing. I'm very happy with the purchase. The can is sturdy and so is the hardware. Pretty sweet setup!
