The best seat cushion for the price! I'm fairly young and in good health, haven't had any back or hip issues. But for some reason I get a tight lower back and hips when I've been seated for a long time, especially on flights or in wooden chairs. This cushion has traveled with me on many flights, a 2,000 mile road trip and several restaurants. It adds the perfect level of cushion and leaves my back and hips feeling find after sitting for long periods of time. I'm currently sitting on it at a brewery with wood barstools and it added SO much comfort. Heads up- I drive a 2015 RAV4 and the seats in my car are not flat, the seat cushion doesn't fit super well but is still comfortable for long rides. So for any seat that isn't flat, the cushion isn't as effective.

I'd actually give this 4.8 stars if I could - - - the only reason for a teeny deduction is that it doesn't have a carry handle. It doesn't specifically list in the description that it has a handle, but when I asked about a handle in the "looking for specific info" on Amazon, the reply was that it does. I know that's a minor thing, but a carry handle is hugely handy especially since I travel frequently and carry it with me on flights. It may be sneaky of me, but if I carry a cushion separately, the gate agent doesn't count that as a carry on item. Since this one doesn't have a handle, I happened to have a lightweight nylon bag that this cushion fit snug and perfectly in. It fit so snugly that it was more like a cover than a bag, I couldn't fit anything else in the bag, but you couldn't tell that it was a cushion. On a recent flight, I had my usual purse and roll-a-board suitcase but I also carried the cushion in this nylon bag. The boarding agent stopped me b/c I had 3 carry on items. I managed to stuff it into my suitcase so that allowed me to take it on board that time, but in the past when I had the same suitcase, purse and carried the other cushion out in the open, I was never stopped or asked to pack it away. It arrives vacuum packed and comes out of the package looking nothing like a cushion at all. It comes out of the package sorta folded in half like a clamshell, so I opened it then lay it on the counter. Not even 10 minutes later and it puffed up to full volume. I previously had a cushion with a mesh fabric cover and that was scratchy and not comfortable at all when I was wearing shorts and there was direct skin contact, so the softness of this cover is very much appreciated. Overall I'm very happy because after all, the comfort is what's most important but it would be such a little thing for the manufacturer to just add on a carry handle and that would make this perfect!

Love this memory foam cushion for my office chair. It is incredibly comfortable and built to last .

At first, seemed very good. Firm feel under butt. Then you could feel yourself slowing sinking into the conformity. But after several months of use, it has lost its firmness. When you sit down it goes flat.

I struggle with sciatica, and this really helps during the workday. Super comfortable.

It's not memory foam, it's sponge. It should be soft but slightly elastic. But this isn't soft; it's a bit hard.

Das Teil macht einen guten Job. verrutscht nicht und man sitzt bequem und ist (laut Schwiegermutter) relativ schmerzfrei bei Rückenbeschwerden. Preis-Leistung ist hier sehr gut. Das Material fühlt sich wertig an. Insgesammt macht das Kissen einen gut verarbeiteten Eindruck.

actualización: lo he usado ya 1 mes y se siente totalmente la diferencia cuando no lo uso, cuando lo uso no siento ningún dolor, no ha perdido la forma, mejora la postura, lo único es que quedo un poco más alta en la silla y los pies no me llegan al piso, uso la cajita donde venía para apoyar los pies. ------ Es sumamente cómodo, me lo recomendó mi terapista física después de una caída que sufrí y tuve lesión en coxis, ha aliviado considerablemente el dolor.
