I've only been taking this probiotic for less than two weeks and i have already noticed a difference in my digestion for the better! if this continues, i will definitely recommend it to others. Previous probiotics never gave me this much relief! I will reorder and update my posting if any changes good or bad occur!

I'm a medical advocate and people who purchase probiotics must realize four important things towards the purchase of any probiotics. Good brand, have live cultures, more than 4 different strains and also be 40 or more billion CFU's. This probiotics has it all. People who are constipated is a lot more important to have probiotics because the colon are heavily filled with bad bacteria, you need the good bacteria to get your colon going. The phrases of "death begins in the colon" makes people surprised to hear this but in order to be in the right direction you first need probiotics as a start. I know everyone is different, and where some individuals may have a positive experience with any given probiotic, others may claim the opposite. Like anything else in this life, everyone agrees to disagree with the complexities of life and all. Well, I decided to skip the baloney, and concentrate strictly on results, either good or bad, of the many different probiotics I bought and used. My particular goal has been to find a probiotic that could deal effectively with constipation, a condition that is a pain in the arse, sort of speak. Elimination being as critical as daylight, and of course, a clean elimination being the very evasive goal. Clean is good, messy bad. Probiotics are the right vehicle for superior colon health, and a healthy colon can easily improve one’s existence tenfold. There are more than one way to include probiotics, but capsules/pill form are easy, but expensive as well. Probiotics 40 Billion, etc., worked for my specific goal, and 4 Stars might not appear a generous score, but is most definitely better than average. Even though it worked, I am still buying different brands, cheap and more expensive, hoping the ideal probiotic for my specific purpose, will show its sunny and smiley face soon. I refuse to pay exhorbitant prices for it will not work for my wallet in the long run, that’s for sure. This probiotic delivered the goods. 4 Stars.

I have not personally found a huge difference between the different brands of probiotic. This seemed to work as well as any other I have purchased. My husband has taken a PB daily for the last 7 years. He was on a lot of strong antibiotics for a long period of time and it is just a daily thing for him.

Didn’t notice the difference when taking

Only been taking for 5 days, so far great. My biggest problem is constipation and has workef every mormimg so far. By dec 6th if still working will add to my subscribe and save. Really pleased thus far. Will review again in a month.

These have helped get my system back on track. The first two days I felt kind of strange with lots of stomach gurgling but I think it was just my body adjusting to all the good bacteria cleaning out the bad. No concerns since and really helps with regularity, if that is a concern for you, as it was for me. Great price for these as well.
