HOMCA Cervical Pillow, Ergonomic Memory Foam Neck Pillow for Pain Relief

At the time of writing this review I have been sleeping on this pillow for almost two weeks, but I didn't have to wait that long to find out if it would help me or not. It helped me the first night I slept on it. Several months ago, I woke in the morning with severe pain on the right side of my neck probably due to not having the correct support. Pillows have become one of those things that I am having a hard time finding one that, for one reason or another doesn't wake me up during the night. I am also having problems with my throat, and I needed something that would support my neck but also allow me to position my head where I need to in order to not bother my throat. This pillow has done that for me. It also does not bother my ears. Since I am mostly a side sleeper, most pillows that are firm enough to offer good neck support end up making my ears hurt from it pressing on them and that wakes me up. This pillow has a firmness that gives me the support I need without putting too much pressure on my ears. No, my neck pain is not gone, that is due to some deeper issues but in the last two weeks I have not woke up in the night due to neck pain or problems with the pillow. This is my first pillow like this, so I have nothing to compare it to for quality but so far it seems to be a good choice and has helped me tremendously.

*update at end* Review is for HOMCA Cervical Pillow Memory Foam Pillows - Contour Memory Foam Pillow...Orthopedic Neck Bed Pillow for Side Sleepers Back and Stomach...Standard size purchased... I normally use My Pillow, pillows and they work great. Decided to try this one, since a family member had the king size. I use a CPAP, and usually am a side sleeper, while sometimes back sleeper too. This pillow design is fantastic for CPAP users....however, keep in mind I use the nasal pillows for CPAP mask, so minimally invasive, and permits side sleeping easily. This pillow is a win. While being firm, but not TOO firm, this provides the correct amount of support, and the contours of the pillow is a great shape to cradle your head if you are laying on your back, but the great thing is side sleeping. Nice design, accommodates side sleeping comfortably. What I missed right away is the ability to "bunch up your pillow" to make is comfortable for your position. This is a pre-formed pillow, so you basically take it or leave it...(the head position on the pillow) This may or may not be great for your use......you will just have to try it and see. Regular pillows have some advantage, but so do these type, IF you can conform to their use case. I find this pillow very comfortable, and easily fall asleep with it. 2 nights down, with good sleep, I don't remember waking up that much, as compared to a regular pillow, but time will tell. I still have the other pillow, just in case I need to return to it. So far so good. Well made pillow which is comfortable. Hope this helps. Just to add, I do NOT have any health problems besides CPAP that would require a pillow like this to aid in sleep comfort due to health reasons.....pain etc. *Update 9/2025* I have been using this pillow as my main pillow since I bought it in July. So 2 months of continuous use. Good and not so good, but overall, WIN! Compared to a "normal" pillow, this is hotter. And you can't bunch it up....it is what it is. So this takes some getting used to, BUT.....stick with it. I fall asleep quickly with this pillow, and I have noticed better, more restful sleep with this pillow, AND I am very picky about pillows. Overall....much better sleep, and staying asleep as compared to other pillows. Give it a shot.

Amazing product- slept like a baby!

I was really excited about this pillow, I loved it for months, my shoulder pain was finally gone. But now I'm just feeling like its too stiff... I need a softer pillow. Looking for same ergonomic function, just a bit softer.

The only problem I have now is, I don't want to wake up!!! 🙃 it's such a comfortable pillow. I thought it'd be a bit awkward feeling due to the shape, but it's not at all awkward. I sleep so incredibly well. It really is like sinking into a cloud. In reality it's sinking into the perfect pillow with just the right amount of softness and firmness. My back pain has subsided. I still need my massage from my old knots BUT this pillow has given me relief from my precondition back pain. I feel my spine is aligning and I wake up feeling so comfortable and well rested. I LOVE this pillow. I'm glad I got one for myself and my mom. Give it a shot and if it doesn't work for you return it. I doubt you'll be returning it. As for the comments showing the pillow squashed. This pillow comes in a packaging that takes all the air out and seals it. Once you take out the pillow it will inflate into its normal size. You have to give it a few minutes to get it's form back but it will go to its normal self. I wouldn't worry about it arriving squashed. I would just give it 5 minutes (if that) and the pillow will be plump and ready for use. Don't let those photos discourage you. I say this because if I were considering it and saw those pillows I'd probably pass in fear.... don't pass on this pillow lol it's amazing!!!

Used it for 2 weeks, still getting used to it, but it is better than the previous cervical pillow I used. I like the extended size; my head and shoulders fit snuggly in the curves provided. The arm slots are a bit awkward; I find my arms floating in an uncomfortable position. It needed a slight sloped padded groove. The pillow is a bit firm, but I’m hoping it will break in a bit. I prefer that to a mushy pillow like I had previously. The customer service provided was great. I needed the extra pad they offered, but after all the fast help to get it, the pad was wafer thin and did not fit in the back of the pillow like other pillows offer. It is an odd plastic material, which I do not like. Other than that, so far, I am happy with my purchase.

I love this pillow!! I'm a back sleeper and usually sleep with my head between 2 pillows because using any "regular pillow," my neck flips to a side and I wake up in pain. This pillow supports my neck and keeps my head upright. It's even comfortable when I am on my side. *Addressing negative reviews about how much pain people are in after using this pillow... the box states in large font that this is to be expected. (Until you get used to it) Although this didn't happen with me. It's been a perfect sleep since day one. I imagine it's because people who sleep out of alignment are now in a proper position and adjustment hurts sometimes (like going to the gym, I guess) It's comfy and worth the investment. The color doesn't matter because it fits perfectly in a pillow case. I got the regular size, not the queen option, because I was concerned it would be too wide and not hold my head up. It is perfect for me. And no, it doesn't feel like it's too close or tight or suffocating. I hope this helps. Enjoy your sleeps.

It takes a few days for the pillow to mould to your shape and for you to get used to using it because it is so different to a conventional pillow. But it is worth persevering! Pillow supports your head and neck in such a way that the neck and shoulder pain I had been waking up with is now gone. I am now getting a full nights sleep and waking up pain free. Highly recommend!!

Tolles Produkt! Ich habe dieses Kissen vor drei Tagen gekauft. Es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig darauf zu schlafen und ich habe die ersten beiden Nächte Kopfschmerzen bekommen...offenbar schlafe ich jetzt das erstmal richtig gestreckt im Nacken. Die Produktinformation weist auch darauf hin, dass man sich an das Kissen erst gewöhnen muss. ABER was richtig toll ist und mich zu einer 5 Sterne veranlasst ist, dass ich nicht mehr Schnarche. Normalerweise schnarchen ich 10 bis 15 mal pro Nacht, und zwar so laut, dass mein Mann davon geweckt wird. Heute Nacht zeigt das Aufzeichnungsgerät exakt 0 Null Scharchphasen an. Insofern ist diese Kissen ein voller Erfolg und jeden Cent wert. Ausserdem bewegen ich mich nachts viel weniger, sodass ich weniger Wachphasen habe. Mein Schlaf ist dadurch erholsamer. Schade, dass ich das Kissen jetzt erst gefunden habe. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden damit!

Wat een heerlijk kussen dit, lang geleden dat ik de hele nacht door sliep. Meteen de eerste nacht al heerlijk doorgeslapen. Ook mijn nekpijn is over waar ik anders altijd wakker werd met nekpijn nu niks meer. Ook mijn Tinitus waar ik altijd al dacht het komt uit mijn nek,is nu bijna nihil. Ik las dit ook bij iemand op fb, dus dacht ik ga het gewoon proberen. Dus nog even afwachten natuurlijk of dat zo blijft. Maar het kussen gaat zo en zo niet meer weg, meteen 1 voor mijn zoon besteld .

Después de un mes de uso puedo decir que estoy contento. La primera noche ya noté diferencia y me levanté con el cuello mejor y eso que la notaba dura y algo incómoda, pero te acostumbras pronto. NO he vuelto a levantarme con dolor de cuello o dolor de cabeza debido a las cervicales, en un mes que llevo, a ver si sigue! La recomiendo., aunque no se si a todo el mundo le puede servir, en mi caso si.
