Very good microwave which know its job pretty well.
Samsung is one of the OEM of the magnetron so no।negative can be there on that account. The cavity is ceramic which is really good. It is sturdy, unlike few other company's models where while opening the door the complete microwave moves few cms. The only hitch is the absence of touch screen control which is easy to wipe clean. The buttons work good but over a period of time, they are going to pick dust and dirt (specially in kitchen the hands may be emersed in something). Otherwise full value for money.

Very good product & service needing minor product improvement
As a product, it's very reliable. The Service Engineer explained all the functions of the product (adding to convenience like Favourite button, single touch cooking, etc.) & need for comprehensive AMC from Samsung. The only product improvement needed is memory for the clock & Favourite program that gets erased with every power failure. It's inconvenient to set the time & program the Favourite button every time the power resumes.

Amazon's Worst Customer Service Experience – Selling Defective Products & False Promises!
I am beyond frustrated with Amazon's after-sales service and customer support. I ordered multiple items for my housewarming – an oven, 3-4 fans, and an air fryer. While everything else worked fine, the oven (ordered on 25th November, delivered on 26th November) was defective right out of the box – the start button didn't work. An Amazon technician came to check and suggested replacing the product, so I trusted Amazon and chose the "Replace Item" option instead of returning it. This is where the nightmare began: Confusing Inspection Service: Amazon scheduled a "Microwave Inspection Service by Samsung" for 13th December – something I didn’t ask for! Before the scheduled date, the service was mysteriously cancelled with a reason that I had cancelled it, which I didn’t. False Promises & Zero Accountability: I contacted customer care repeatedly, explaining the same issue over and over again. They assured me that the return would be processed, but now the return period has expired. Each time I called, I heard the same scripted response – "Sorry for the inconvenience" – followed by empty promises. Cancelled Without My Consent: After multiple escalations, the inspection service was again issued and again cancelled – this time showing "Customer Return" as the reason. How is this my fault? What makes it worse: Every customer care representative blames someone else (Amazon or Samsung) and then drops the call abruptly. No confirmation emails, no accountability, just false assurances. Now I have a dead oven sitting in my house, completely unusable – unless I decide to turn it into a rattrap. This has been the WORST customer service experience of my life. Amazon sold me a defective product, refused to accept my return, and repeatedly gave me false promises without resolution. I don't want apologies; I want a solution. Amazon, you need to: Take back the defective product immediately. Train your customer service team to resolve issues instead of passing blame. If you can’t stand by your product quality, at least stand by your customers. I trusted Amazon. Clearly, that was a mistake.

OVEN LIGHT HAS GONE OFF IN JUST 2 DAYS OF USE.
2 days after working properly, the oven light does not come on. Have tried to put in different sockets but no use. This is something I did not expect from Samsung.
