for Ford F150 Radio Upgrade 2015 2016 2017 2018 Android 10 Stereo Navigation 12.1inch Touch Screen 4GB+64GB Wireless Carplay 4G LTE WiFi Free Camera

Bought this screen upgrade for my 2016 Ford F150. Product is advertised as plug and play with some level of difficulty on installation. The difficulty on installation is the instructions supplied are terrible. No vehicle specific instructions are supplied and there is ZERO technical support. No website, no online technical support but there is an email address linked to China. Tried the email and got no help. What a waste of time this was.

Reason why I am writing this review is because I wasn’t sure about buying the unit due to no one reviewing it before, but I was amazed at how good it sounds and how fast it loads up, does requires some skills install because you have to take your old screen apart to transfer climate controls to new radio but other than that everything is plug and play. I was able to get it online and do some updates and play videos on youtube, but did not get to test the apple car play or andriod auto yet, hope this helps if your trying to buy .

Touch screen it’s great , the screen quality it’s even better than other brand names I have in my wife’s car and my son , interface is awesome my the sound it’s really loud and clear, and the customer service was great , Matt who was the person who help with some cuestiónate and troubleshooting he replied to my emails fast whit the best help I’m really recommend this unit.

I actually like this stereo a great deal. The only thing is that the required sim card was NOT in the box and it was supposed to come with a 360° back up camera but instead they put a crappy lighter/usb adapter in! Pretty pissed! I bought it in August at Much higher price but had death in family so just put it in. Tricky install for sure. Had to order a card so I can use the features(GPS Etc.) Blends well into dash so no complaints there. Screen is bright, big, colorful. Owner manuals would have helped a great deal, still would. Now I'll have to open it back up to install the sim and dreading that.! I'm looking forward to using all the features it has on it.
