It says the 1.25lb playes come as a pair. Does that mean its two plates weighing 1.25lb each?

You need to order 2 of them. No idea why it says its a pair. I ordered 2 on 6/14/2014 and received 2. If I had ordered 1 I would have only gotten 1.
