An exciting Way of Improving Our Body
It was a useful way to not only understand our bodies but to make it reconfirm for a better future and a longer life

Hard pass on any other books in this series
So, yeah I learned absolutely nothing from this book. I give the author credit for trying to inform the reader but it still falls short. There is really nothing in this book that helps with autoimmune which is exactly why I wanted to read it. And what really turned me off was this statement "Your brain and your body will never work against your beliefs. Therefore given a terminal diagnosis went against their beliefs had no power over them". This is complete and utter nonsense. My cousin had someone preaching this to her when she got breast cancer and therefore did not seek further medical attention and the cancer spread to her colon and now she is dead because of it. Your brain and your beliefs will never cure a terminal diagnosis EVER.

Really Good Primer on Natural Health
This is a good primer to natural health. She focuses on 'root causes', and as a chronic illness sufferer, I was sold when she said she didn't want to know the diagnosis...it was about solving the causes. Many naturopaths/functional medicine doctors pay attention to just the symptoms - with a 'diagnosis' as some final outcome. And, of course, it's hard to find folks who will look at holistic systems, rather than specialties. There is a lot left out, but it seems intentional (this is part of a series). She dives deep on certain issues around digestion and breathing. It's a short book, full of useful information and definitely worth reading.

Lacking
None of the internet resources are actually available, plus the information presented is general natural health knowledge with barely any solutions offered. Lots of suggestions to read book two with the promise of more information. Seems like a money making scheme rather than the author truly wanting to be helpful.

Great Introduction Book
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, and a person with Lupus, I am always looking for answers and how to help my clients as well as myself. I do not have the time to read a clinical encyclopedia of information that is impersonal and not readily applicable. I love how quickly she identifies the problems and their source, while telling the story of her journey . I can't wait to continue to hear and learn from her in the continuing series.
