DIRECTVTiVo Remote for THR22 HD DVR

I put up with an old remote that was driving me crazy but finally was able to learn the proper remote to purchase for my DTV DVD. I started using it immediately and am totally happy with how it works and makes me wonder constantly while using why I ever put up with the older failing remote. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!

This is a replacement for the same remote. So I didn't even need to program it, just inserted batteries. Works just like the old one so far.

My old remote wasn't working right thought it was the battery but it was sticky buttonsIt was hard to find the right remote from looking at the info on other remotes that got 4k but my is the original HD version (older) and newer remote wouldn't work on that version

Perfect OEM replacement. TIVO is still the best platform for video entertainment

How nice to have one where you can read all the printing on and above each button! Our old one still works, but everyone in the family prefers to use this new one because it's so much easier to see.

first off....long time Dtv customer,with a dtv dvr(old)..no HD.OK finally got the new Dtv HR24..love the HD,but the "white" remote..Aggggjust cant get used to the button lay out!complete opposite of the peanut.WAS so glad to find this Peanut Remote that can operate these new Dtv dvr'sBut theirs a Problem w mine.....SLOW,INPUT,buttons do not work.The thumbs up/down buttons, I can see not working with these "new" Dtv DVR's,and Ican live w that.....will return for a replacement and hope for a "GooD One"I know the new DTV TIVO is out but $thight at the moment :)...my first post on Amazon

This was a perfect replacement for a failed original DirecTiVo IR+RF remote control. The only change we will have to get used to is actually being able to read the legend on all the buttons, rather than trying to remember which does what!
