Great replacement device
Good refurbished device, very good condition. Did come completely drained and needed to be charged to a point where I could validate it working but it holds a charge and does work as intended with no issues.

Purchased December 2024
Still a good phone. I came from a galaxy 21. It broke! It was also something like $500 when I bought the samsung. I recently tried to upgrade to an S24 Ultra. Not much (any?) better! and it is almost four times the price. If you're just someone who uses your phone to call, text, browse, write notes, play basic phone games, etc. You will *never* notice the highest end processors they have in these overpriced iPhones and Galaxys. What you will notice is the software. And objectively I think Google Pixel has the best phone software of any smart phone.

Disappointing Experience with the Google Pixel 6
I recently purchased the Google Pixel 6, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. While I was excited about the features and the promise of a great camera, several issues have left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, the performance has been inconsistent. I’ve noticed frequent slowdowns and lag, especially when multitasking or using demanding apps. This is surprising given the phone’s specifications, and it detracts from the overall user experience. The battery life is another area of concern. I expected it to last throughout the day with moderate use, but I often find myself needing to charge it by mid-afternoon. This is frustrating, especially when I’m out and about. While the camera does produce some impressive photos in good lighting, I’ve found that low-light performance is lacking. Many of my night shots have come out grainy and less vibrant than I anticipated. Additionally, I’ve encountered some software glitches, including random app crashes and issues with notifications not appearing. These bugs have made the phone feel less reliable than I hoped. Overall, while the Google Pixel 6 has potential with its design and camera capabilities, the performance issues and battery life have been significant drawbacks for me. I would recommend considering other options before making a purchase.

Great seller, perfect phone
The seller was awesome and helped me a lot when UPS incorrectly marked the item as "delivered to an access point" and it wasnt there. The seller immediately contacted UPS for me and helped me out and I got the phone soon after that. It works perfect, they shipped fast, and my son loves it. Great service, and it made an awesome birthday present

Good value for the money.
I like the phone for the most part. Everything transferred over from my old Pixel 5. This one is bigger and I am still learning about some of the nice new features. I am not happy with the fingerprint recognition. I have redone my fingerprints twice now and it is still hit or miss on recognizing the fingerprints. It also doesn't lock as quickly and I have it on the shortest time setting. My biggest complaint is with the seller. I had no warning it was being delivered via USPS. It required a signature, but without knowing who was delivering, I could not sign up to get text messages about when it was arriving or needing a signature. The end result was a disaster of trying to get it re-delivered when someone would be home to sign, calling and waiting 30 minutes for trying to pick up the phone at the post office ( it went to the central office instead of the local office, then went back to the local office and was not delivered, but had to be picked up. Once all of it was straightened out and I started to format my phone, the battery died and I found out that the charger and cable were definitely not pixel and I had to use a different charger. Upon speaking to Amazon customer service to request sending the right charger and cord,, they could not get in contact with the supplier. So the Amazon customer service kindly offered a discount so at least it makes it more affordable to purchase a better cord and charger.

Very good phone will buy again if my husband breaks his phone for the 3rd time this year
Got it for my husband after he broke his iPhone and pixel. Very nice phone has worked perfectly. No issues with it at all as far as I have noticed. I get scared to buy phones online but thankfully this one was perfect 🥰 I hope that it's that way for everyone. The color was accurate, the phone condition was perfect, pixels aren't very durable so get a good case, it had very very small scratches under a fake phone protector that seemed glued on and was annoying trying to put the case on but I took it off cleaned it and the scratches where not that bad. The size is also accurate.

It was a swell phone...
Mine was refurbished. I got it as a replacement for a Pixel 4 which died in February 2025. Worked fine one day. Bricked the next. Probably the battery, although even when its plugged in it doesn;t return to life. . I got it in March 2025 and by September the battery had begun to swell, which detached the screen. The phone would randomly switch off and then the only way to keep it going was to either replace the battery, which looks a faff, or get a battery case. I got a battery case which works sufficiently and as long as I start it up before I leave the house the phone functions pretty well for a few hours. When my new phone arrives (not another Pixel, sorry) I will attempt to resurrect this one with a battery replacement. Disappointed by the Pixel's longevity but when they work, they're great.
