Came with everything I needed to install and aligned perfectly with a Vortex Venom. Good price and a good product.

Should have known for the price
Installed this on my Glock 17 and proceeded to tighten down the screws to 18 inch pounds as the instructions say. I didn’t even get half way there before it started getting pretty tight and I looked down to see it working itself out of the sight groove. It was actually destroying the aluminum on its way out. Thankfully my slide wasn’t damaged in the process, making the re-installation of the factory sight impossible. Very very cheap aluminum. One of the install screws that holds the optic to the plate also stripped. Not sure if it was the plate itself or the screw. All I know is this definitely wouldn’t hold up and keep a precision optic pointed on target when subjected to the forces put on a slide when cycling through rounds.

Easily installed, mates perfectly with the sight
Matches well with the Venom Viper red pot sight. No evidence of loosening after shooting

Not what I hoped for.
Let me start by saying that the installation seemed to be pretty straight forward. I was able to press on the sight adapter into the dovetail with a little persuasion with a small hammer and a plastic block. And fit was snug and all seemed well until I started tightening the set screws. The included instruction say to tighten to 18ft/lbs which was obviously incorrect. So I then tightened them to 15inch/lbs to start using a fat wrench. At which point I could see that the dovetail on the adapter was jacking up off the slide (see pic). The aluminum material this adapter is made from seems much too soft. Pretty disappointed with this product and have ordered a replacement from a different manufacturer.

Weak materials
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! Upon instal I torqued the set screws to 12 inch lbs and the threads felt as they were going to sheer off. When installing the optic, I torqued to 10 inch lbs and the threads sheered off. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

Mounts terrible and the mounting holes strip out
I would not recommend mounts okay but the holes to mount the optic strip out easy
