***Update***My daughter has been using this backpack for 3 months now and showed me where she is currently having issues with it. The zipper is broken, the seam came undone at the top of the backpack, and one of the straps fell apart and is hanging by a thread. My daughter is not a rough girl and I feel like this backpack should have definitely held up longer than 3 months. We still have 7 months till the end of the school year and I have to buy her another one already.***Original Review***I got this backpack for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! We're a month into the school year, and it's been very durable and good quality so far. She says it’s a very comfortable backpack with lots of room for all her books and supplies, and it's stylish too. It's holding up great and looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

I really love this backpack!!! The clear pockets are one of my favorite parts. I work in ABA and I put colorful stickers on them to add personalization. A few things I dislike are the side straps loosen too easily but I just let them be loose because it doesn't affect anything. The shoulder straps are good they don't do that and that's what matters. Also idk if it's the quality or if it was just my luck but the front pocket caught on a door hinge and ripped quite easily. It holds so much stuff and my coworkers have even bought the same bag in different colors because of how perfect it is! I don't feel like you would be disappointed. I would, and probably WILL order another one when this one wears out on me!

The photo is the main shoulder straps. We have used this bookbag for 4 weeks. Both shoulder straps have broken. bag is compleltly unusable. I was barely able to buy her a book bag this year and now shes without in 5th grade middle school, b/c this bag broke on both shoulder straps. it is poorly made to break after 4 weeks. not durable at all. now b/c we live check to check, I cant buy her another bag and we are using plastic walmart bags. Thanks for eatting our tiny but of money we had access to. This bag is far from durable. I have had zero success in reaching out and speaking to someone from the co. to let them know how the durability is on these bag.someone needs to be aware how easy the straps snap and break then frey so much you cant even sew it back yourself. I am very crafty and artistic and these straps are freyed way too much after the break, so that it is impossible to fix and use. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU CAN TURN AROUND AND PURCHASE ANOTHER BAG IN 4 WEEKS.

Cute backpack but zipper and straps do not last long. My daughter has had it for about 2 weeks and the zipper broke already and the straps have come undone.

I bought this backpack for my granddaughter before school started. After only one week of carrying the backpack to school the zipper broke. You can’t use a backpack to hold papers and books if the zipper doesn’t work. I wanted to send it back but the time had run out of returning it. I’m very disappointed in this product, my granddaughter loved it and after reading several reviews (which I should have read BEFORE I ordered this) it blows the mind why you keep manufacturing them with junk zippers!
