How do you install daddy into the bed? I can't get the prongs to snap in and it looks a bit like one piece doesn't fit.

It does look like it will not fit I had this issue but you just line it up and snap him in

Has anyone else had issues with the dad not staying down? It is installed and will go down, but it will not stay down?

no he stays down until he pops up for the game no problems
