We use this almost every day love it

Great for trips. Keeps my kids entertained. No remote- but don’t need it. Previous set - the locking clips failed. Nothing a rubber band didn’t fix. Lasted a couple of years but worth it at the renewed price.

The A/V cord to link the monitors was delivered with a bent end, that did not work.

We have used these dvd player for 2 trips and by the second trip they are broke ... One is unable to play it's own dvd and the other is unable to use headphones. What is frustrating is that we don't allow our children to use these besides long trips so of course by the 2nd time we used them and they aren't functioning correctly I am past the return date. I would NEVER AGAIN buy a renewed product and for sure won't purchase from this seller! I should note that between uses I put them back in the plastic and the box they came in and stored them in a safe place. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!

No remote control. The devices worked great and were perfect for a very long road trip!!

We got this to replace a dual portable DVD system we bought 10+ years ago for use on ~5 long car trips per year. The overall design is nice in that both screens can play DVDs and the AV in/out for makes it easy to switch back and forth.However, one of the screens has similar problems that others have reported - the player won't stay closed even on first use and the sound mostly doesn't come on.The latch to keep it closed does not show signs of being broken but the latch or the spring is to weak so it just popped open. We have scotch taped it closed and that works around the issue for this trip.The audio on the same unit does not come through. It is not audible even when full volume, then it will randomly play loudly and statically for a few seconds before disappearing again for a few minutes.Per the audio issue I'll try to get a replacement. If the replacement works as well as the good unit I will be very happy with these.

These dual screens work perfectly. Signs of very light wear with the renew DVD players (superficial scuffs), but function is excellent. My kiddos can watch movies individually or together which is a HUGE plus. Easy operation. We’ve had a Phillips single screen player for a few years now and it’s still working great, so I expect these will follow suit.

System was easy to set up, and to my surprise came with wires to plug into the wall outlet as well as the car! Also to my surprise each monitor had dvd player so they could watch the same movie or different movies which was a blessing while on vacation, because the tv in our rental only had a few channels. Will buy again for my other grandchildren!
